Good post Savio. Vietnam’s tough to describe at times…there is so much happening and it’s all right in front of your face–not hidden from your eyes and ears. No words can come close to describing traffic here. Organized complete chaos doesn’t do it justice. Anyway, a lot of it sucks and a lot of it’s great. I love the country ’cause it’s just so “alive”. You know what I mean? See you when you get back to Saigon. You didn’t miss much as far as fireworks go–the show this year wasn’t exactly blockbuster.
Savio, you sound so poetic!! I didn’t know you had it in you! I like the pictures you took. It seems like you’re having such a blast over there being so immersed in the Vietnamese culture. It’s such a beautiful country, rich of culture. I love it!!! Have fun! Have you found the back-packers district yet in Saigon?!

I want to go if you return in 4-5 years.
Did i see a post somewhere about you and Daniel catching up with each other? The -5C windy walk into work for me is quite a contrast to the weather you are ‘enjoying’ over there.
